Payne Keel Boats

We have two 7.4 metre David Payne designed keelboats based at the Kings Pier Marina Hobart and another two at the Old Launceston Seaport Marina in Launceston.

Access Dinghies

We also have a number of 2.3 and 3.03 metre Access sailing dinghies that are available for use State-wide.

These dinghies are usually sailed by one person who reclines on a webbing chair astride the centre board case.

Its centerboard is weighted and the boat is fitted with flotation to ensure the safety of the crew. They are steered using a joystick between the sailor's knees, and some of them are capable of carrying two crew.

Sailability will ensure that even wheelchair bound clients can easily get on board our yachts and disembark in complete safety.

For those so inclined, we regularly race the keelboats in Hobart with all three senior yacht clubs.
